really enjoyed our stay at the old town inn, comfortable spacious rooms, staff were helpful, good location to walk/transport to French quarter Wish my review could of been 10/10 but unfortunately I was over charged more then $100 for a night we did not even stay and promised a refund immediately after departure been trying to get in contact with staff through multiple platforms regarding the refund I was promised and they have failed to return a single email/call which is very disappointing and unprofessional Considering we enjoyed our stay and would of been thrilled to give a perfect review

It was near French Quarter restaurants and events.

Microwave did not work and was dirty. Refrigerator was also dirty. Had to tell them there was no trash bin nor enough towels. Windows were blacked out. Lock on door did not work.

It was a pleasant stay and an amazing value for the location.

Location, staff, and accomodations

Great location, a good staff.and for the price I can't complain.

Nothing struck me in a way that I could say I disliked anything.

There were 5 of us and plenty of room and yet separated. I loved that! What to come back in warmer weather to able to set outside area it was so pretty.

It was so cold and the heaters were nice but only if you were sitting right in front of them, extra blankets would have been nice. Took a tour very nice but cold.

Spacious room, a minibar in the room, wifi works well, big bathroom. Room on the ground level so it's easy to get in.

So dirty surface in the room, there's a big dark stain on the bed under linen, hairs everywhere in the room. Bathroom looks aged and needs renovation, aircon's electric switch broken though it's still working.

the property sits on a descent corner not far from French Market and if you love walking you can walk to Bourbon Street. There is a great Residential Market Grocery Store across from the hotel as well as a Starbucks. The Grocery Market has everything Even Breakfast Bar salad bar and olive bar. I wish we had one like this.

The cleaning could use some work. The floors are old wooden floors that still needs to be cleaned the bedding wasn’t the best but definitely not bad enough to ruin it. as I’ve seen far worse.

I love this and their sister Property, the New Orleans guest house! These are my safe spots my homes away from home! The staff is wonderful! They go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible! These are the best kept secrets in New Orleans!

The only thing I don’t like it when I have to leave!
