Doors didn’t open with keys from outside had to carry baggage all the way around and thru lobby.

The staff was amazing. Ari was terrific at greeting us and making suggestions for dinner and places to shop for Steeler stuff.
I’m so appreciative of getting a walk in shower for my husband who is recovering from knee surgery. We felt heard and respected. Thank you.

The hotel was in great proximity to restaurants, coffee shops in Major highways
We discovered exposed electrical wires in our room from a wall receptacle. Was unclear if these were live, but we did have children in the room who could have easily come in contact with them.
Mentioned this at checkout and was assured someone would be in contact with us, but that has not occurred at this time
