Beautiful property. Breakfast was delicious staff was courteous and kind. The pool was a warm temperature the hot tub wasn't too hot. Property is about 3 miles from downtown Ruidoso. Away from the main road far enough to where you don't really hear the traffic. We had a pool view and a private deck with a great view of the mountains even from the king bed that was very comfortable.
I only had one encounter with the housekeeping in passing she didn't seem very friendly no hi or good morning.

Great Breakfast and grounds are well maintained. Had an incident.. with my father-in-law who is 87 yrs old. He fell. The desk clerk was very understanding and was concerned about him & his health & wellbeing.
We actually requested a Handicap room and got a regular room.

The location and the scenery were great. We enjoyed the hot tub, but it didn’t have bubbles and the pool was pretty nice. We did have to scoop it out ourselves with the skimmer though. Breakfast was fair.
The pool was dirty, and our room was dirty, the bathroom bathtub had hair in it as soon as we arrived
