Great location - very close to beach

Location of the property was very close the beach and all amenities . House was pretty spacious and well stocked . loved the backyard and the aspect it was very pet friendly !

A very small fridge with 2 cracked shelves which couldn't be used. Host could not be contacted when we had an urgent issue - the place could not be locked

This unit was perfect for our 5 night get away with our 2 grandkids. Unit was very clean and location outstanding. Minutes to beach, shops etc. Ross was so easy to deal with and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The unit has everything you need and more. We will be back. Thanks Ross.

There wasn’t anything not to like about this unit. If I had to pick anything, it would be that bigger mugs were provided. Hubby and I have 600ml super sized coffees in the morning (especially when we have our grandkids lol) so would have liked a couple of big mugs.

Host very rude with attitude. He cancelled our booking with booking.com and charge us on my personal credit card the holiday with an extra $100 for a dog. Nothing was mentioned on booking.com about surcharge for dogs. He just want to save money on commissions and make more money charging my dog. We book for 4 and we found only 1 queen bed ready to use. He sent a message saying: "you have to make your sofa bed". Then Internet wasn't working from the previous visitors, and after I was complaining for few times, he organised to have the technician at 8am and he expected me to stay in the propriety with the technician for 4h during my holiday. I had to cancel the visit to the Koala Hospital. I spent 4h with the technician because we didn't have any internet and we could't connect to my work or talk with relatives. After that ... the Host never said thank you. So rude. It was very disappointing. It didn't ruined our holidays but it shows how bad the host is.
