I didn't eat breakfast. But they do have coffee and muffins available. The manager, Pravin, was very cordial and helpful. And the property is really quite good. The problem is, that for me - without a car - the motel was distant from the urban core areas of C-U. But for one with an auto, it is certainly recommended by me!

A little more personalization of the room. Photos, decoration of some sort. It was very utilitarian. Nevertheless, everything worked well and was clean.

Mostly the stay was comfortable. The room (207 & 208) were a bit smelly (like a old dusty smell) but overall it was fine. Thank you.

Breakfast options were fine, my only note would be about possibly providing a waffle mix and maker for those who want to make something warm to eat with their coffee or tea. Much appreciated

The price.

I didn’t like it. I couldn’t stay per agreement and booking with Booking.com cuz the motel has a different policy. I reserved with Booking.com a one night stay for 4 adults and a 17 year old. And they agreed to this for one night, but getting to the motel very tired at midnight, they said I needed an 2 rooms not 1. We were only staying for 4 hours to shower and rest after 15 hours on the road. We stopped on our way to Wisconsin. Not only that, we got off the freeway and drove the 13 miles to get to the motel. I under the policy of the motel but the staff could be more courteous for our circumstances and manage the his tone of voice.Booking.com and Motel should be on the same page. We didn’t stay not because I didn’t want to pay the extra room but because I did not like the gentleman’s attitude-no compassion! We could have heard kind words of consideration.
