Super Clean and safe. Room had a fridge and microwave. Shampoo and soap provided. Even a makeup washcloth.
Floors and showers were updated. Covered parking. I liked that it was one story.
Some loud truck noises from hwy 97 but not too bad

Room was good for the money. However, the traffic was very noisy. Main highway with large trucks roaring by,
Too much noise. There was also a light above my room outside which attracted thousands of bugs.
