Located easy walking distance to town centre. Hotel was clean and fresh. Staff friendly.. Parking available.

Spacious room (and bathroom), comfortable beds and clean. Child’s cot quickly provided on request. Good location - quick access around Monterey/ Carmel, to the highway 1 and 101, and walkable to downtown and Aquarium. Trader Joe’s, Peets Coffee and few other food options and restaurants only short walk away. Room well equipped including fridge. Simple but adequate breakfast with hot and cold options provided. Complimentary underground parking provided.

Large tour group (2 coaches) also staying which meant the small breakfast room and lobby was overcrowded in the morning, and lots of noise late at night and first thing in the morning (soundproofing between floors poor which disturbed our sleep).

Room was great. Very comfortable bed, surprisingly quiet, and easily room for five bicycles. Don't ask.

Really nothing. I'm not looking for extravagance. Just a good bed, plenty of room for bicycles, and a clean, quiet space.

Good location, easily walkable to historic centre, waterfront and aquarium. Big room, huge bed, good parking. We were at front of hotel but road noise was never a problem.

Breakfast selection was adequate if not huge, but relied far too much on disposable single-use items including plates, cutlery, cups and many food items. Apples individually plastic wrapped ☹️. Time for Best Western to green up. Staff were polite but front desk seemed oddly reluctant to make eye contact... Could hear voices from neighbouring room, lucky we didn't have noisy folks there...

Nice big rooms, comfty beds. Very clean, easy to access parking garage from inside hotel.

Not a lot of parking space, breakfast was lacking. Orange juice tasted like half water. No microwave in room.

Very clean facility and friendly staff.

Stayed on 2nd floor and occupants on 3rd floor above us could be heard anytime they walked around. Next time we stay at this property we will request top floor!

Location was fine.

The reception desk staff was not friendly. In addition, when we asked about bottled water, were advised only available in the vending machine. However another group checking in received a bottle for each guest (4).

All staff members were pleasant, kind, and helpful. Housekeepers were quiet in the morning while we slept and provided requested privacy for us.

The property was wonderful.

No microwave in the room.

Comfortable, roomy, well maintained facility. Convenient for walking to pier.
