The staff including the valet were very welcoming. The place has charm and history. The rooms are comfortable as are the beds. Our view was very pleasant—giving our onto a small courtyard. The bathroom had nice amenities. The location could not be beat!
The whole place could use more light. It is a bit dark including in the room. There was a spot on our carpet and we found someone’s cell phone lying on floor so wondered how carefully the room has been cleaned. The coffee was not great quality. The elevators seem a bit dated.

Check in was a little hectic for me. The room wasn’t in good condition. However the second room was perfect. The engineer was really kind and helpful. He had great suggestions that I followed.
I would’ve liked to be able to use a QR code to check out. Otherwise it was fine.
