Prime location right in the middle of Napili beach. Comfortable private room. Easy access.

Garden view is more of a fence view. Not the most comfortable bed.

Staff were friendly and accommodating

The title says a lot. The property is right up against one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. That and a well managed facility that is very secure and beautiful. Guest-only access to the beach through a coded gate allows for enjoying the tropical lawn area for sunbathing knowing your towels, snorkel equipment, etc. is secure. The water is literally just steps away and you don’t have to worry about sand getting all over your stuff. If you prefer the sand, foot and body showers allow for a good rinsing before going back to your room.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

Location, clean and great staff

The property is right on the water in a little bay. We checked out many other swim spots on the island and found that the low wind and sandy beach at Nipali bay were ideal. The property itself is meticulously maintained and has many little touches that make one feel cared for. For instance, there’s a little can labeled “grease,” the kitchen is outfitted with Cutco knives, the air conditioning works well and is quiet, and the bed is comfortable.

The only thing I will say is that the furniture is a little dated, but once you see all the little touches and the updated bathrooms and kitchens (we stayed in two different rooms), you will get over the furniture. Also, our first room had a leak, they took care of it promptly and moved us to a room with a view at no additional charge. The room we were first in kind of smelled, but I imagine it’s because of the leak, which they had repaired within just a few days.

The condo had everything we needed! The kitchen was well equiped. The bed was very comfortable and we listened to the waves lull us to sleep each night! The condo is literally a few steps from the beach! We enjoyed breakfast every morning on the patio watching the waves! So peaceful!
