When my friends arrived in Punguitch who I had booked for them, arrived the hotel was closed with an all full sign which resulted in them having to sleep in the car as all the hotels were full. The best part is that they charged me my Amex which I hope will be refunded soon.

Pet friendly, clean and comfortable. We were traveling cross country with our 4 pets so we rented two rooms (2 pets per room). Perfectly comfortable and had fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Everything you need to get you ready for the road.
Some of the heating is pretty old. it works, but a little hard to operate.

The beds were awful , fridge wasn’t cool the drinks left in my car were colder. Had a coffee maker that’s it.

But, THERE IS NO BREAKFAST, even though our booking included it.
I booked this motel on line like I always do. I had confirmation from booking.com amd Adobe Sands. Upon arrival, there was a not on the door that they had plum ING problems and would be back at 4:45. It was 4:30, so we waited. At 5pm I texted the owner, they said they were in the process of getting keys and would have them ready in 15 minutes. At 5:20 the lobby or office was still locked. I texted asking if we should stay elsewhere. Then, someone walked into the office from a back room. I waved and she obviously ignored me. So, I knocked and she opened the door. I inquired regarding check in. By this time we had been waiting almost an hour. This women was very rude and first aimed we didn't have a reservation. As she continued to look for it I asked about the breakfast (I have 4 kids with me to feed), she angrily said there hasn't been a breakfast in 3 years and continues to yell at me about her 5 hour plumbing problem, no parts locally and staffing shortages and that she hasn't had vacation in 3 years. Then she complained I paid with a credit card and ahe didn't have any money. This women was RUDE. I have never been spoken to like that in my life and I was in tears. I understand people have bad days, but one still needs to remain on control and treat others respectfully.
DO NOT STAY HERE. Anyone who treats another human being like this should not remain in business.

The Location relative to Bryce Canyon was ok..
Barbecue grill was available.
The room was smelly and could have been cleaner.. Breakfast was canceled.

No one was there to complain too. The shower had broken tile inside and you had to txt them to get any kind of response

The room was very cute and clean.
There was some really old appliances that probably should be updated but they still worked. Also the ice machine didn’t work. Overall I think it could use a little renovation.

The room is spacious and clean, has heater inside and has hot shower.
I really hated the female rude staff there! So not accommodating. I just inquired on the free breakfast (based from booking.com) and she said that there is none and there is nothing she can do. I mentioned that other hotels give some refund for the "false advertising" online but she kept insisting that it is booking.com's fault for not updating their website. I firmly believe that it is solely the hotel's fault for not updating THEIR OWN WEBSITE at booking.com. Never blame others for your own fault and just own your mistakes!

The town and location were great. The beds and size of the room were fine.
I received a final price from Booking.com, but when my card was charged it was a different amount. I tried calling the motel 3x but no answer and no voicemail. I emailed 2x and got no reply. Also, there were 2 of us in the room, but there were no towels and only 1 washcloth, so didn't shower. The electrical plug in the bathroom didn't work and I needed a plug by a mirror. There was a mirror in the main room, but there was no plug close by it. I parked right in front of the room and the ice and snow hadn't been cleared. It was very slippery carrying my luggage to the room. They have a No Contact policy, so couldn't go to the office and speak to anyone. This isn't a great way to do business.

Arrived late but check-in was easy. Room was clean. Easy to find. Proximity to Bryce was great.
Would have been nice to know that breakfast is "Closed for the season." No mention of this on the web site or reservation. Although our room was non-smoking, the smoking hang out for the longer term residents was right outside our door, and used all through the night.
Beds were old spring mattresses, did not sleep very well.
Just felt kind of uncomfortable with the people hanging around our truck and just outside our window for a good part of the night.

Location was great *had reliable wifi bathroom ok but when I wiped up the floor after taking a shower white towel very dirty* sorry *
No staff and room was really dirty * rug stained *ripped top comforter* popcorn on comforters not sure if sheets were clean. old ear plugs from someone on the floor* beer cap on floor* I used booking that said pay when you get there so I used a credit card and was going to pay cash* or use another card* we didn't see a soul and office locked down* the owner had already billed our card and it was a few dollars more that we were quoted* no big deal but you did ask* so honesty is honesty*

Nothing about the room. Old smell . Beds old hurt your back. Dirty.

Facility appears to be functioning as an apartment. Several obvious permanent residents. No security lights at unit we rented. Power cord plugged in to exterior outlet using a bedroom window which cannot be locked, allowing access to unit. Bathroom floor was sticky. Carpet was filthy. No employee on site.

The bed situation was great. 4 total beds in the room and a bedroom. The beds were uncomfortable, but nobody had to share. The manager was very responsive to any issues we had.
The beds were wildly uncomfortable. I was blow drying my hair and blew the breaker. The parking situation was crappy too. There was no TV in the bedroom area.

When we got into our room we noticed space heaters, which is fine, but no one communicated with us. I have 4 small children in this room and the breaker blew because of the space heaters plugged into the extension cord running out of the window! NOT a family room and definitely NOT a room that should be rented in the winter! These 2 space heaters DO NOT keep it warm. Also advertise free breakfast, there is no breakfast, only in the summer. The information needs to be updated correctly and not falsely. This was NOT worth $200 and I am very disappointed. When I texted the owner/manager with my frustrations, they were not sympathetic. I even stated I have young children and they should have cancelled my reservations, they didn't as much as even apologize. I will not waist my money to stay here again.

There was no one in the office if we needed them. I didn't like my key stuck on the door for anyone to take, and know that a woman is going to be in that room. My room smelled really bad. The beds were horrible!

Staff was great, the rooms were decorated wonderfully for the theme of the motel, and easy check in and out.
The beds were budget and the pillows were flat.
