After an invigorating bike ride on the Summit County trail from Frisco to Breckenridge and back, we loved the complimentary Aperitivo time from 4:30 - 6:30! Delicious little bites, chips, dips, cheeses, fruit, and a swig of Limoncello... just perfect! Ate out on the lovely outdoor patio, surrounded by flowers, water feature and charming touches all around!
Breakfast was delicious! I had the Belgian waffle with potatoes and sausage; my husband had the special of the day Eggs Benedict, and both were outstanding!
Room was comfy and well stocked. Outdoor hot tub was very relaxing. Avery and entire staff were so helpful, and warm and welcoming - just like the Inn itself! Might have to make this an annual tradition--thank you!
No negatives at all!

Located in downtown Frisco. Friendly staff. Charming B & B.

Location is good in a quiet area. The 4.30-6.30 aperitivo is a nice touch. Good selection of free coffee.
Big problem is lack of noise insulation between the rooms. We could hear conversations, the TV, and the young couple above. Above bathrooms could be a shock when waste water was released.
It is odd to have to select your breakfast the night before and the time you will eat it.
The room heat is centrally controlled but you can request a different temperature up to 10pm.
