Location was great! Easy to get around!
The room could have been cleaner for the price we paid! The floors were dirty. It hasn’t been sweep and there was an empty water bottle under the couch.

It was clean and had exactly everything we needed without being over the top! The front desk agents were the best!
Each morning during the weekend someone was vacuuming outside of our door before 8am. While we are so grateful for the cleanliness, loud vacuum noises would be better suited for after 8am.

I loved it we were on the top floor amazing views beautiful weather an a beautiful hot tub with the brisk cold air made it perfect! I'm so thankful For our God that made it amazing. There was a lot going on stuff with mountain bikes an Mt Everest run.
They may not have the continental breakfast but that's ok because they have a perfect place jus a few steps with from our room. Or you can always take your own stuff to eat.

Location, parking.
No one ever returned my questions on website. Booking.com had wrong number on information. No information on checking procedures. Late getting our room. Horrible communication by Fraser Crossing their phone number makes you listen to 3 commercials and then to get leave a message. Booking.com communication was equally poor and unacceptable. Fire pit didn’t work, management totally absent and unengaged.
