The room was nice, shower was very good. The floor we were on was very quiet.
Some of the staff wasn’t very friendly.

Breakfast was great, location was fine. Room was damp because it was ground level and close to the pool. If staying again I would ask for a room on one of the upper levels.
Room was damp and close to the lobby and pool. A room on an upper floor would have been better.

It was convenient to the event that I attended. The staff that I encountered were very friendly. It was a good value.
The rooms need updating. The beds were older mattresses, the bathrooms weren't bad but, its little things. Lightbulb needed to be changed in 2 lights. No charging ports for cell phones. It did smell like wet dog in the hallways. The TV was small, and not alot of channels.

The location was good, right off I-77. Breakfast was good. Staff was very accommodating at check in. Their was a problem with water on the floor in our first room and one of the beds was wet. We moved to a second room and the temp in the room was 60 degrees but the heatercworked well to heat the room.
The couch and chair in the room we stayed in were so stained we wouldn’t sit on them.
