Breakfast selection and quality was very good. Servers in buffet line where friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and room was attractive. The setting of the hotel was quiet and inviting.

A little bit of trouble getting the thermostat to maintain a steady temperature--too much back and forth from AC.

Thermostat was “smart”. Could not keep the room cool enough to sleep. Bathroom was too small. They opted to make the roomer bigger with empty space for “exercise” instead of using that room for the bathroom. Staff could not find an extra pillow. Juice machine didn’t work at breakfast. They serve you breakfast and you better get everything you want the first time as the staff completely ignored us when we noticed they had boiled eggs. We will not stay here again.

The property was clean, staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Breakfast was served to you from a line with orders taken and daily specials like breakfast burritos, quesadillas, etc. The quality was ok as one would expect from a hotel breakfast. We had a dog so stayed on the ground floor which has wood floors that were laid on concrete, therefore pretty hard and cold. They did have dog bowls and a bed for the dog, so quite pet friendly. There was a major problem that I haven’t read about from other reviewers, the hotel is extremely loud. We could literally hear other conversations in the hall and from our neighbors. We stayed 4 nights and on night 2 we could hear a child repeatedly running up and down the room floor from 7 am to 11 pm. For this reason we won’t be staying here again, sorry but the others benefits just don’t make up for this while on vacation!

It's was clean and smelled good. The breakfast was ok. Server wasn't very friendly, but the food tasted ok.
