Room was okay, anyway we only had to sleep in for the night as we are on our way to Arizona, the stay was okay, no problems - it was quiet, clean and service was also okay.
None.

The receptionist was very helpful and good location for the tennis.
Depressing rooms and traffic noise

We slept well. And the staff were super friendly and helpful!
We had to ask for a bar of soap for the bathroom sink and they had to show us how to pull “super hard” on the shower water release (way too hard for folks who might not have the strength).

We visited during the Indian Wells tournament week, so this property offered the best value compared to some of the outrageous prices we saw being charged at others.
The room was filthy. The carpet was extremely dirty, there were papers/wrappers behind the side table, and there were blood stains on the shower curtain. We certainly were not expecting a fancy hotel stay, but proving a clean room is the bare minimum.
