The vanity in the bathroom
No one cleaned the room my entire stay. Bed sheets were not clean on arrival, had to get replacements. they also ran out of blankets. Also had to replace keys multiple times due them being inactive.

location was close to my son.
Bathtub was in very poor condition, toilet seat loose and off to the side, paint was peeling off in multiple places, the breakfast was very sparce. Same thing every day. No English muffin or bagel

The receptionist Gwen was so sweet, nice, and patient.
A suite shouldn't look like that. Shower was rusty, doors inside the room was so outdated. The sheets, curtain, cover, walls, towels, Rags and Floor corners was dirty. Had to run to target to grab clean things for me and my family. One elevator was broken and one was down for a night. I had a suite which means a pullout bed there was no kind of sheets, pillow, cover nothing for the pull out. It just didn't give suite and yes i have order from laquinta and ordered a suite plenty of times in different cities.

I didn't really like anything there.
The staff was rude, didn't notify that they only took a certain type of card, our bathroom still had the last person bath sponge inside tub. We left items and was told that they were there now we are not getting a response from anyone and we sent the ups label.

Había olor a suciedad y a cigarro en la pieza, No había cortina de baño y tampoco una caja fuerte. Además los de la pieza de al lado gritaron toda la noche sin respeto alguno.

Location and availability to extend
The front staff made it look like guests are staying at their mercy. A simple checkin/extension takes 1 hour even when there are hardly 2 people on queue.

Very Dirty room! It seems they gave us a room that never cleaned. Most of the Breakfast items finished at 8 in the morning. no refill. Even, one day they did not have cup for coffe.

Nothing at this location met my standards other than the price. Then I realize you get what you pay for!!!
The bed was not clean the sheets were hanging off the bed as if someone else slept in it before my arrival. The staff were all getting high, the entire lobby reap of Marijuana. Every staff member eyes was low and red. The heat in my room was not working, and the room did not smell clean. There was a card on the bed with two names Tiana and Dominique cleaned the room, they need to hire new staff. The pillows were very small and old, the pillowcases were too big for the pillows. The shower was dirty, mold around the tub.i immediately checked out and requested a refund!!! The manager never came out the office to address any of my concerns or offer an apology. I will never book at any LaQuinta location..... Holiday Inn has always been my go to, I will continue to use them.

Close to the hospital,
Marijuana smoke was so thick it was choking me and my mother all night long, All though it is a non smoking place. It made my 84 year old mother sick and more upset than she already was. Then she had to have surgery the next morning. A Man hit my car with his door because he was so stoned he couldn't function. The motel requires a $100.00 deposit at check in (which I can't see pre-listed anywhere) that they said would be returned in 7 to 10 days. We was on a budget to the hospital for surgery and this was a big inconvenience. This was my third stay there and I was really disappointed. The pool was so dirty to the point where I wouldn't dare get in it. Probably has not been cleaned in weeks. Management has really gone down hill. I hope this reaches the right person to correct the problems.

The breakfast and the staff was exceptionally friendly to me and my boys.
The fire alarm went off several times, throughout the morning on the 24th.
Other than that, it was perfect, very good breakfast in the morning.

I liked the location
Well, when I arrived it was late, so I checked in, got the key cards and left to get dinner. After dinner, I came to the room to relax. I always check the room for cleanliness but that doesn't meet me l my expectations at all. I pulled the sheets off the bed and the mattress were stained with urine and blood. The toilet was dirty and the shower wasn't that clean. I immediately went to the front desk and let them know my discovery. I asked to be moved to a clean room with a clean bed, shower and toilet. They were booked and it was too late to travel at that point with my child. So we resorted to sleeping on the recliner chair and we put 2 chairs together to make for another bed. EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE. I couldn't sleep and neither could my child. The next day, I spoke with Shawn the hotel general manager. He offered half off the room and asked me was I okay with that. I gave him an angry steer and he proceeded to say, I'll take off the entire fee for that night and he apologized. Not very sympathy at all. He gave me another room key. I went to that room and before I swipe the key. The Housekeeping Manager stopped me and said the room was dirty. Now I'm getting more and more annoyed. I see Shawn in the hall fixing a door and I told him he gave me another dirty room. He said he would be right with me. He did get right back to me. I went back to the front desk and asked for another room. The young lady at the from desk gave me a key to another room. I get in that room and the mattress is dirty too. NOW I'M IMFURIATED. Shawn and Demaris both came to the room and asked me what they could do to accommodate me. Shawn was the only one speaking. I showed him the mattress with the blood and urine. He insisted it wasn't blood or urine and that the mattress had been cleaned. I told him I wasn't sleeping on that mattress. I wanted another room with a clean mattress.

Stayed in 216 and as soon as we walked in, it smelled old and musty. My daughter started complaining immediately but because I had a long day and had just driven tuna half hours I was too exhausted to notify front desk. The air was on so I turned it up but it made the smell stronger so I used my body spray to help. We had stayed there previously in March and it was perfect so I don’t know what it was this time.

The staff was amazing and the rooms were spacious. It was also around a nice area with good food around it.
The hotel itself was a little small so there wasn’t a lot to explore or do at the hotel itself.

The location is right off the highway.
The staff was nothing short of horrible. Bad attitudes and very nosey. You can not leave your room to walk to the store without being harassed by a staff member. Also there is very very high police presence and they also are nosey and it seems that they have their eye out on this particular hotel and for reasons that are pretty plain to see. Also if you are even 2 minutes late checking out or paying fkr the next day the cleaning crew has the authority to bang on your do like the police and talk very negatively to you and they dont even give you time to put your shoes on before
They are literally knocking on the door and yelling at you to hurry up... It kind a feels lile your at a jail facility.... Not a tourist stay.
