Clean, close to the highway, restaurants in walking distance.

After 13 hours on the road I wanted a hot bath to soak those miles away. Then I discover there was no tub plug. I was too tired to complain about it.

It was convienetly located to our travel route.

The room was hot when we arrived late in the evening and the air conditioning took several hours to get the temperature down. There was an unpleasant odor throughout the hotel.

Breakfast was good. Staff nice. Location easy to get to.

Coffee not great. Pillows uncomfortable. We received two conditioners and no shampoo. The sink in the entryway was a bit awkward.

All was good with bed, bathroom, and cleanliness. But outlet power went out and messed up my night. Management couldn't resolve at the time.

Just as I was settled in, the power on the outlets went out, and nightstand lights went out. My laptop was running on batteries, and my phone was almost dead due to driving all day. I managed to find two outlets with power on opposite side of room, but the phone was also out. Had to call the front desk on my phone. There is no maintenance staff on duty, and only one worker. They couldn't do anything except to move me to another room. I refused, as I was ready for bed. During the morning, the light stand lights came on and alarm box went off at 6, but it wasn't my alarm as I was sleeping in late. On checkout, waited at desk for 1/2 hour. No manager to ask what happened. Little sign said they were out assisting a guest. Poor service.

Location was good and near restaurants

Carpeting need was filthy and needed to be replaced, especially hallways.

everything was very clean! hot breakfast plenty of towels in the pool area and close to several dining options. beds were comfortable and room was clean

shower curtain was not very useful bathroom floor was completely soaked after showing had to use extra towels for floor

Got in the evening from cutting my vacation short because lifetime friend passed away. got in room toilet clogged. Person in front office handed me a basket with a plunger in it. Did it myself. Finally got comfortable to take shower and the shower floor looked like someone bathed their dog. floor was slippery. when was the last time a owner/manager walked the property? was at this facility 2 day prior. It is not to standard the Mobile AL. location was. Knoxville MGMT cutting corners in breakfast and other amenities.

Room quality cleanliness. Mentioned something to morning mgr.. she said oh sorry. Standards need to be across the board for all locations. Shame on you.
