The hotel rooms were very comfortable - as usual the beds and many pillows!!! The breakfast with eggs made as you want them was excellent. Missed out on potatoes though as they ran out - went early next morning & there weren't any.
The hotel was very good. unfortunately - the other visitors weren't as considerate with TV loud until 2 am and loud conversations in other rooms.

Clean and where we located conveniently. Glad for the laundry.
1. Not well maintained. The sink didn’t work well. Part of the lamp fell off onto the floor.
2. Staff was not helpful at all. I had a lot of trash and wanted to leave it in the hall to be picked up. And the desk staff told me to haul it down to the outside dumpster. Completely out of line considering that we paid hotel prices! To add insult to injury, there is a tip envelope left in the room! For what exactly?
3. When I was checking out the staff person asked “how was your stay” and I answered “not great.” The response “Wonderful! Have a good day!”
