Large room with a nice seating area and coffee maker than make a good cup of coffee. Very comfortable beds and very clean room and bathroom. two restaurants that were next door. Good location.

The host was friendly and welcoming. My room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Shower was hot and had good pressure. Breakfast included a wide variety of organic fruit, which I would not expect at a motel.
It’s a motel so I don’t expect hotel features.

This is an older property, but obviously some renovation has taken place. Beds are very comfortable and everything is exceptionally clean. The staff were most welcoming, and the breakfast is one of the best I have ever seen in a small motel (and many bigger hotels). There was a wide array of fresh fruit, yogurt, and cereal to choose from and many delicious bread items which were also very fresh. The staff were kind enough to hold breakfast 20 minutes past the finish time for us when we found ourselves running late prior to check out. Exceptional staff, and a great find for future travel in the Berkshires!

We spent one night while travelling the Mohawk trail. Great location, we walked to the center of Williamstown. Comfortable beds. Very friendly landlord! Great continental breakfast.

This is an older property but very well maintained. Queen room with comfortable bed and 50 in tv is tastefully decorated. Room was clean and had a fridge, microwave and table for 2. Very nice breakfast included.

Really nice, generous, friendly people running the place, really lavish spread of wonderful food for breakfast. Who'd expect trays of beautiful organic fruit in an inexpensive motel? And the proprietor insisted on us taking sandwich bread and fruit and drinks for lunch.

Excellent continental breakfast, with lots of fresh fruit, nuts, yogurt, muffins, bagels, toast, juices, fresh coffee. Hot water for tea and oatmeal. Really much more than expected.

Paul was extremely welcoming and hospitable and the breakfast was amazing.
Paul was kind enough to offer us as much fruit and cake for our onward journey as we wanted which we were very grateful for. The beds were large and very comfortable.

As it is an older building, the walls are pretty thin and some cosmetic fixes were pretty evident. It was difficult at first to find an outlet to charge my laptop and phone.

The breakfast is excellent--fresh fruit galore, including organic berries and peaches. The room was roomy, clean, and our beds had brand new mattresses. The owner was friendly and helpful.

I did not have the breakfast but it looked very good.
I did not like being called on the evening I was to arrive and asked if I was coming. that means they wanted to charge me for the night and sell. the room again to someone on the waiting list. this is an annoying and dishonest business practice. the bed mattress was ok but not very steady.

The owners/staff were very friendly and accommodating. They had a huge spread of fruit for breakfast. The room was good size and had a small sitting area and desk.
This hotel is old and is in serious need of updating, including needing new beds and bedding. I hate to be negative because the people that run the hotel were so nice.

The breakfast featured a remarkable variety of organic whole fruit and full-sized yogurt, as well as the usual continental breakfast fare: muffins, cereal, and bagels. We appreciated that the drinks included coconut water, juice, coffee, and water bottles.
