Staff, facilities and location
We couldn’t stay longer, hopefully next time.

Excellent location. Staff were fantastic: friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable and loved the pillows!
There is only valet parking available. It was full when we arrived and it was fine as we parked at a nearby garage for half the cost. The nightly cost for the hotel room is also on the higher side and be great if there wasn’t the forced $25 resort fee.

The bed was really comfy. We liked the spacious room and beautiful design. It's a relatively old building but with decent maintenance. Staff was friendly.
AC went on and off all night-it could go down to very cold and stopped until it got hot again and went on. If you care about noise, you could easily hear traffic outside even on the 4th floor. Some parts in the room were dusty. I just didn't think it's worth the price.

Location is walking distance to Pike’s place market
The hotel room smell’s musty and old.
