The hotel accommodations were nice. Room was clean, staff was friendly.
The AC went out. I called for a fan and was not told about the AC. I called again, 2 hours after I checked to tell them I thought the thermostat may be broken. At that time, I was told they had been notified the AC was out in the bldg and a company was coming to look into it. It was 80 degrees in the room. They should have contacted all guests and made us aware of the situation. It would have been the courteous thing to do. To their credit, I was allowed to check out and received a full refund along with many apologies.

a housekeep opened my door without knocking. thank goodness i had the security bar locking the door.
Im sure it was a innocent mistake but it was quite alarming to hear someone you are not expecting try to come in your room!

The place is great! Loved the spa and the restaurant
Some things were a little oversold. The view and the jetted spa tub were beneath my expectations

the location wasn’t bad, and the staff was absolutely wonderfully accommodating and welcoming!
the cost of a room for one night is quite pricey. especially when the rooms are subpar, at best. clean, but not up to standards— I would expect from the online site description and photos, AND MOSTLY due to pricing. rooms are fairly small which I can live with, if they are at least LUXURIOUS. thankfully I didn’t have four people in the room as they said it holds. there is NO WAY. NOT COMFORTABLY, for sure. the beds were definitely not the best of sizes either. there was a subpar set up especially for the tv placement and the weird window art… and lastly, the parking needs to be regulated somehow some way! there are too many negatives to list about parking. overall will not pay this pricing ever again to room there, but wouldn’t say I wouldn’t return for a much more reasonable price, due to CLEANLINESS AND STAFF FRIENDLINESS!

Overall the room was great, staff were so kind. Everything was clean. Breakfast was very good!
For the price and size of the room, the refrigerator could have been bigger and the beverage center could have been bigger in the room.

it was very close to SMU for move in. the
staff was very helpful. they have a good restaurant on site
there is no room service during the day - not
even for coffee or breakfast in the morning.
they offer free coffee in the lobby but it’s
undrinkable - like hot water! also, the restaurant is not
open for lunch - just breakfast and dinner.
