House keeping was poor. when I checked in my room the bed was made and sheets not changed. Bed sheets had many hairs and stains on pillows and sheets from previous tenants. Bugs and flys in room. But bathroom clean

Room was clean and bed was decently comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Only one bar of soap in the whole room. Had to request more soap and shampoo.

The price was great. Way less expensive than any other hotel around thatcher. The room was spacious and fit our needs well.
Pillows and bedding weren't great and we only had a couple towels.

1st room wouldn’t open, receptionist couldn’t open it either. Door handle was too hot to touch at 5pm , it’s only April.
2nd room- large but very bare, king sized bed, 2 bedside tables, table & 2 chairs, freestanding fridge with microwave on top. Only 3 small lumpy pillows, synthetic sheets which hardly fitted. Looks like red wine stains but hate to think…No coffee maker, tissues or toiletries except soap.
Later, on closer inspection bedside tables were dirty and sticky, when wiped the tissue was brown. Hairs on vanity worktop, bathroom floor and bath which looked like suds had been left. Shower curtain was dirty. Basin taps dirty. Ugh! Towel rail missing. Bedside light didn’t work. Tiny, rough bath towels, After dinner & too late to complain.
No guide facility with TV remote. Having stayed in 8 motels in the last 2 weeks we know how good they can be, this is beyond awful. Previous night’s was $30 cheaper and 100% better.

The motel staff was friendly. They recommend if we ate next door at Jerry's we would receive 10% of our meal. Which came in handy. Very much appreciated
Found a gun wrapper and gum on the floor near bed. Housekeeping should have looked before making sure rooms were cleaned.

Conveniently located, next to a good family restaurant. Staff was very courteous and friendly.
Light switches on sides of bed were hard to turn on and off. Also smoke detector was hanging from ceiling.

A little dirty for the price. No essentials in the room…. shampoo, soap, coffee. . . etc.

it was a lot of money for a room with all towel bars broken, only two thin towels and a drunken fight in the room next door that we were told by the desk clerk to report to 911 ourselves.

fix loud noise in bathroom/ add kleenex to room, replace the bed cover it looks dirty. Add a comfortable chair. Just overall felt unclean. Wireless didn't work well,

Very friendly staff. Close to a restaurant. Was able to park close to the room.

The office and cleaning staff were wonderful - very friendly and accommodating
room was adequate - was not as I remembered in previous visits
found several hairs on bedding and bathroom
tried to store a few items in the fridge, only to find them frozen the next morning and had through them out

I accidentally booked a smoking room which smelled of smoke and even had burn marks in the sheets.

the 3 days and nights we were there we recieved no maid service. each day i complained to no avail. also, the handle on the shower was broken when we arrived and still broken when we left
