The price and the location the the conference I was attending was great. Parking was not the greatest, but I felt that my car was safe. The location was not far from food and shopping ,so for me it was great I would use them again.
Not enough parking! I wish there was more parking. The hallways sometimes had an odor at night and I would of liked a microwave in my room.

15 minute drive / 7 miles from JFK. Simple clean room at a reasonable price.
No restaurants of any kind nearby. Probably 3/4 mile to the next store / fast food.
