Location,personnel that works there always smiling,courteous,attentive breakfast can be different everyday
Very bad smell rugs are old dirty and smell humidity,cockroaches in our bathroom everywhere rooms are old and smell very nasty I had paid already otherwise be looking for something else unless the management change things around I won’t be staying here

Staff was very friendly, breakfast was a good and hot.
Room AC didn’t work properly, room smelled, floors were moist & couldn’t/wouldn’t walk in without flip flops. Door didn’t lock properly.

The price was fair, and the room was clean.
While the room was clean, the floors felt damp, and the tile was a little slippery. I'm not sure why it felt that way. The hallway to my room had trash on the floor most of the night.

Good overall value compared to similar properties nearby.
Good fitness center.
Lots of restaurants in walking distance.
No TV remote in the fitness room.
Good luck trying to figure out the actual TV channel lineup vs. what's listed on the laminated channel guide.
Ice machine on the second floor (where my room was) had no ice in it.

There was very limited channels on tv. Pool not open.

It was very spacious and clean.
We stayed and drove to Daulphin Island.
Pool and Hot tub was closed.
But would still stay again.

staff was very rude whoever was on the front desk and the staff lied about the rules and cleaning people was very loud

Hard bed and the room smelled like pee until I turned on the air conditioner barely any pillows on the bed and the pillows were super old
