The staff were very friendly, breakfast was fresh and hot, the location was very central to anything I needed, and the room was comfortable and clean.

The bathroom door would always hit the door to the room when opening. Could not just open a little cause it would not stay and then it would hit the other door.

Room was not thoroughly vacuumed. Food crumbs on carpet!
“Breakfast” not even close to acceptable. If this is County Inn by Raddison standard, it’s a no-go for any future stays. Property required a $100 security deposit. What an insult!

The breakfast was good. The hotel needs to updated. The ceiling in the bathroom needs to be painted because the paint was chipped.

Location
Didn't clean my room, only towels and trash. I felt like we were watched like hawks. Had to check the room for items before I could get my deposit. Sheets, towels, pillows were all cheap. Indoor poolwas freezing cold.

From check in to check out everything was wonderful! They did not have the notes I sent through booking.com but still accommodated our requests. Breakfast was great room was comfortable. Cookies and coffee available all the time. Pool and jacuzzi we're cold but everything was so wonderful it didn't matter

It was fine and stayed well stocked and clean during the available times. Waffle option, hot foods (eggs, meat option) standard bread and cereal options except no grits which I would expect in the south.
When I opened up the sofa bed in the sitting room there was something sticky on the side. Nothing visible. I expect something was spilled and it was never noticed.
