Great stay!

The room was spacious and very clean. I almost always stay here when travelling to Roanoke. Great location, close to everything.

If you need a room with a dog.. try another hotel. VERY STINKY.

We needed a dog room which STUNK! Not just a little, ALOT. Also mold in shower, carpet ripped up at entrance to room

Overall the stay was nice and comfortable and the breakfast was good.

I liked that it had a pool and was close to alot of amenities. The staff was also very friendly.

I didn't like that the shower took so long to get hot and the fire alarm kept beeping all night because the battery needed to be replaced.

Worst Western plus

The location was probably the best part, plenty of places to eat. The breakfast area was okay. The breakfast area attendent was a nice lady.

The building was hard to find, it didn't have any signage on it. They front desk clerk game me unactivated door cards. The shower rod was broken, The room furniture wasn't clean.The ice machine on that floor and floor below didn't work. TV remote barely worked. The mini fridge wasn't cold. The entry door was out of level it would not latch on it's own. The security latch on the door wouldn't stay latched. The overall building just wasn't well maintained, I won't be staying there again!

reasonable value for a nice room

Enjoyed breakfast. Good variety of choices. Room was very neat/clean. Bed and pillows very comfortable.

Television remote control didn't work. Just powered and changed channels manually.

My dog loved sleeping with us on the beautiful king bed!!! We loved it too.

Room was perfect. Due to kitchen renovations breakfast was limited but the muffins were very good.

Acceptable overnight stay, with a lot of features, but a big concern with security.

The breakfast items were acceptable, but the area reserved for sitting down on tables was very, very small. Would suggest an average size, little cafeteria (of course, space permitting).

An improved way to secure the side doors that lead outside. They are protected with the use of the room key cards, but it is way too easy to place the little stones in the door track to keep the door ajar. Makes someone wonder who is illegally going in and out of this Hotel.

chair in room damaged at headrest. gross!! bathroom faucet very loose. cold shower in morning…horrible. Coffee sucks!!

The location was great and the front desk staff was friendly

Room temperature showers weren’t a good experience along with 2 used soap bars on each top back corner of the shower

Rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable.

The shower was poor and the hair dryer had a burning smell

Disappointed.

Breakfast was fair, no butter or sugar free syrup for the waffles

No butter/sugar-free syrup for waffles, toilet ran constantly, refrigerator or heating unit made weird screetchy noise when trying to sleep, bad highway noise & bathroom light would only work for a minute or two IF it even came on at all.. last time to stay here! :(

Great place around everything you could want to go to and pet friendly is a huge plus.

The staff was friendly the rooms were clean and the beds were great.

The only thing I can say is the breakfast options are not the greatest but everything else is amazing so honestly there’s nothing that I really didn’t like about the property.
