The layout of the twin bed room and the cleanliness were excellent. Location was within a minute walk from important places and restaurants. Parking was good and ample. Staff were the best. Breakfast was routine.
There was no elevator, but about 12 easy to climb steps with luggage was a bit of challenge since I had a shoulder injury. However, it was manageable. There was a ramp at first that made it easy, then the small flight of stairs.

The property is centrally located. Able to walk to all parts of downtown. Peaceful and quiet area considering so close to town
Frozen breakfast options provided. We chose to have breakfast offsite at a restaurant for that reason

The location was excellent. Easy to walk to anywhere in town. Also, a view of the river. The staff was accommodating and helpful when needed.
The accommodations were good but, the ac struggled to keep the room dry. It had a small musty smell because of it. The rooms are rather small. TV was ok but, channels were limited. very little storage space for clothes. 3 drawers in the front cabinet and couple spaces by the nightstands. There was not much room for hanging very many clothes as the only place was in the bathroom under a metal rack where the iron/iron board were stowed.

Great location on the river. Short walk to Main Street. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable.
Ice cold water! No hot water for showers. Other guests were also complaining.
