Very good

Love the pool. The staff were all great and friendly. Clean room, clean hallways.

Would have liked a few more vegan friendly options for breakfast, even just some fresh fruit options. Seemed a bit pricey for just one night considering the location.

Clean and comfortable facility with an excellent staff

This property was wonderful, and the staff was able to accommodate an early check in for us. We had spent a really bad night at a different facility and they were so friendly and kind. They did not have a water bottle filling station, but suggested an alternative that was just as fast.

The fruit infused water in lobby was really nice, the king suite was very impressive, clean and a great deal for the price. Staff was very friendly. Our favorite part of the stay was the rooftop patio, the lighted gazebo at night was so pretty!

Best Birthday Ever!

The staff was outstanding and friendly. Went out of their way for my son's 14th birthday! There is also a chill area with games and massage chairs!One of our best hotel experiences! Breakfast was amazing too.

Overall, we enjoyed the stay and are looking forward to staying there again.

The breakfast was okay. Due to the large number of people attending breakfast, I would recommend using staff to serve food, to avoid cross contamination. The location is okay, but would be better if located near shopping centers.

The shower in the room leaked and the tub was damaged on the bottom.

Fantastic and made a business trip easy!

I loved that it is located right off the exit and it felt safe. As a single female traveler, I appreciate outdoor light ing and a clean room! The WIFI was perfect, I had no challenge. Loved the cell phone charger in in the room. Nice visit and will be visiting again.

You have a nice hotel! No concerns at this point.

Comfort and convenience at value!

First time at the Express. Very pleasantly surprised at comfort, convenience and value. We will use this place as our base whenever we are in this area.

Showerhead- I would have liked it if it could have been adjusted to concentrate more to the center. Also, could have used a grab bar lower toward the tub to assist getting up from laying on my back soaking.

Please tell the staff they were fantastic. I truly appreciate the exceptional service.

they were attentive. The breakfast was decent. The pool was great. They actually provided the extra pillows and towels as I requested. By far the best experience at a hotel I have had in a very long time.

I liked everything.
