Very clean, airport shuttle available and easy to use.

I didn't have it but my son & husband raved about the breakfast choices!

The noise of kids running down the hall off & on but that's more a parent issue than a hotel issue.

Breakfast was good.

Accessing the hotel from the main road was challenging. We were placed in a handicap accessible room overlooking the roof. No hand soap in room.

Everything was good. Only problem was a very slow draining tub

This was the best Hampton Inn yet!

Clean, comfortable rooms. Nice hot tub and a full continental breakfast.

The staff and shuttle driver where very helpful. They address our issues very quickly.

The first room was not clean at all. The covers were pulled back and cookie crumbs were in the sheets. The bathroom was disgusting and had not been cleaned at all. We reported it to the front desk and was moved to a much cleaner room for our stay.

The entrance to the facility is not obvious and if you are not familiar with the area, you will drive right past it. The gentleman that checked us in and checked us out was very friendly and very helpful. The facilities were clean and comfortable but the cost of the room was $159 for one night. Otherwise, absolutely no complaints!
