Very clean and spacious hotel room. The staff were friendly and helpful

Great location and despite a very busy location, it was easy to get to and from.

Breakfast was pretty good. Like the fruit, oatmeal and alternative milks. Having more whole grain breads would be nice. They accommodated our dog.

Decaf coffee wasn’t good. And there was no decaf in the room.

I liked that the hotel was right off the main highway and was easy to get to. The breakfast they serve is decent. The morning staff is way more friendlier than the afternoon and evening staff. They have easy access to a lot of restaurants.

The first intersection when you get off the highway to get to the hotel is a little tricky, but has no bearing on our stay here. The beds were really hard. They only have 1 elevator. The pool was really cold. The towels in the pool area weren't stocked. Almost every time we wanted to talk to someone at the front desk they were nowhere to be found. We checked in between 5 and 6 I believe and I had to phone someone to come check us in. We also had to put a sign out on the door to have our room restocked - we don't travel a ton so maybe that's a new thing.
