The property felt like it was in a safe area, quiet, not such a busy area. Gym looked decent and the pool area was nice but more on the pool below.
At the time of our stay, the pool was a beautiful shade of clear green. Not swimmable but seemed like it could use some shock and longer filtering. Our room did have a pee funk perhaps from a dog but we could have asked for a different room but wasn’t bad enough for that.

The location was convenient and the breakfast was good. Good value for the price.
Originally booked a king size bed but ended up with two full size beds.
Door handle for bathroom was broken.

We chose this for its location just outside Boulder as we did final preps for college move in. Great proximity to the stores we needed to hit.
Despite all the no smoking rules, there was a strong smell of marijuana in our hallway and likely from the nearby room with the “do not disturb“ magnet on the door. I reported it to the front desk but was not sure they did or really could do anything- at least they assured me we would not be blamed for smoking.
Maybe this is just how Colorado is?

Location
Covid is long gone. Clean the rooms and provide make up service daily. Also rooms are starting to feeel a little tired with maintenance wanting. Bathtub chipping. Facing coming off furniture. Drapes wearing thin tearing.
