El personal se supera y hacen un trabajo sobresaliente considerando las condiciones físicas del hotel. Son amables, cálidos y de rápida respuesta.
El edificio está muy deteriorado, mobiliario, aire y calefacción muy antiguos. Techo casi por caer y humedad en todas partes. Alfombras que tendrán unas décadas de estar almacenado polvo, bacterias, etc.

Die Lage und das im Preis inbegriffene Frühstück.
Es war alles recht alt und teilweise funktionierten Geräte im Zimmer nicht, z.B. Lampe und Fernseher.

IT was really comfortable stay we like the staff ,location .All the boys at front desk very helpful not only for stay they will tell you about the city as well where you can go or what will be the cheaper way do the things around .
Only one staff disappointed me from kitchen staff like we are a family of 4 and we don't eat anything else from breakfast and everyday we take 4 glasss milk so kids can eat something later once they wake up .Twice when there was a female staff in the kitchen if we request her for milk she said no more left even it was only 8 clock in the morning.Breakfast time is 6;30 to 9;30.One day when I had 2 glass milk and I ask her is there any more milk she said no more so I left the room it was 8 am in the morning so after while around 0850 I went to the breakfast room there was a Jug of milk so I said to her didn't you said its finished so couldn't answer me and went away .

Canceled my reservation one hour prior to checking in, said the hotel had plumbing problems DID NOT OFFER TO HELP TO FIND
ANOTHER LOCATION. WILL NEVER NEVER BOOK THERE AGAIN.
Offered to find another Travelodge near Laguna Beach .

disgusting, they wouldn’t provide clean towels or clean and it was Very dirty, the tv did not work for 2 days, they kept $20 of the deposit for NO reason which is theft, there were drug busts happening in the parking lot and it was unsafe.

The room was nice and clean!
The water in the shower didn't get hot, just a bit above warm.
The pillows and bed were a bit uncomfortable.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and were the only bright spot in an otherwise nightmarish trip.
Long story short: there were bedbugs in our room.
We asked to change and could only be moved the next morning (so we got bitten overnight, a lot); when we moved to the second room on Day 2 we again found bugs crawling all over the floor. We even caught one in a paper cup and showed the staff, who were rightly mortified and moved us to a third room. After checking it VERY thoroughly, we convinced ourselves the third room was bug-free and we slept there for one night, but decided to cancel the rest of the week of our stay.
I'm sure it's a fluke thing and could have happened anywhere--we weren't expecting a 5-star experience or anything--but if you're reading this, you might want to be a little wary.

Our check in was quick and the lady at the desk was very pleasant and helpful.
Our designated non smoking room reeked of cigarettes as soon as we opened the door. We did not stay the night.

The area
Dirty room , so i decided to stay only for one night.. and the next day I told the receptionist I'm checking out and I don't need to stayed another night..and she didn't give my money back she said no refundable.

not the room I had right under a room being remodeled I need to rest after my epidural and it was ridiculous and very noisy until six I went to the front trying to change rooms they sorry but we can’t do anything about it I will never stay with you again
