Sage N Sand Motel

The room was beautifuly decorated, immaculately clean and comfortable. It's a cute classic roadside motel. The staff and owners were lovely people.

I didn't note anything negative about the property.

The cleanness and warm welcoming of its hostess while being interactive and helpful .

The neighbors. My last stay a female elder kept slamming a door despite each different hour as if she couldn't understand to smooth the grove with keep the handle contracted with its mechanism to allow its interlocking texture to keep its door Interlocked.

The grounds with all the beautiful flowers really dressed up the property making it very homey. The beds are all new and the bathroom was very nice with tile floor in the shower . Beautiful sink and fixture. Coffee and tea in the office. It is in a great location being close to everything in Moses lake. We visited the Japanese peace garden and took a nice walk on the excellent path along the lake. The farmers market downtown was fun to visit and we found the Psalms 23 Coffee Shop that was very very nice.

Nothing I can think of!

The room was clean, and check-in and check-out were simple and convenient. I liked the floors and the location.

The listing stated that the rooms were fully renovated, but that wasn't my experience. They appeared to be only partially renovated. The bed was extremely squeaky. Even though I was sleeping alone and I'm a petite person, every movement made noise, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. I was disappointed that there was no kettle or coffee maker in the room. There was a microwave but no cups, so I couldn't even heat water for tea. Every hotel or motel I've stayed at before has provided at least a kettle or coffee maker with cups. There was also no hairdryer, which was surprising. Fortunately, I had packed my own. When I checked out, I noticed a water cooler with a hot water option in the office and thought I could finally get some hot water for tea. Unfortunately, the cooler was empty, and only a tiny amount came out before it stopped. I ended up having to go to the nearest Starbucks just to get hot water. Overall, I think the listing should more accurately reflect the condition of the rooms and the amenities provided.
