Breakfast was tasty
The clerk actually made me wait and allowed a group of around 6-8 ppl go ahead of me when I had been standing there waiting before they came in. It took at least 20 min due to them booking 2 separate rooms. I thought that was rude, especially when I had already reserved and paid for my room online

The location is very convenient for me.
Being too close to the pool, and hearing the children screaming.

really liked that we got an opportunity to upgrade our room. we got a jetted tub.
the tub could have been cleaned better. when we used hot water in the tub the jets shot out black goop.
