We had a flat tire on the morning of departure. The staff was very accommodating with it and understood that we would b leaving after the normal check out time!!!!

I paid for a king suite, but did not get it, just got reg king bed room

The location was right off of the highway in a mostly industrial area. Breakfast was low quality and cleanliness was OK.

Nice and clean, friendly staff and a good breakfast in the morning.

door stuck, had to slide car twice every time to get unlock to work, tv power was controlled on a switch on wall in dressing area.

The staff, location and breakfast were good. The room was clean.
We were in an end room and people were in and out of the door most of the night. Then they were talking loudly outside our room. The ac didn't seem to keep the room as cool as needed
