We had a really lovely stay in New York. The beds were very comfortable, and both the location and price were absolutely perfect for us. The staff were very attentive and regularly checked in to make sure everything was okay, and all the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again.
The only small thing I’d mention is the bathroom tap. It took me one very cold shower to realise that the red marking indicated cold water and the blue indicated hot! Once I figured that out, everything was perfect.

It was faultless!

Loved it here and were already looking at booking again before we'd left, easy and clear instructions for check in, the room exceeded our expectations from the photos (we stayed in Shiva) and the location was only a short walk from Little Italy where we'd stayed in the past. The room was spotless, and the patio was a nice little place to relax. It's a vegetarian establishment but for us this was not an issue
Maybe to patio could have been improved with a small light for after dark, but not really anything to worry about
