Very clean and comfortable and location was convenient.
The shade in my room didn't work, at breakfast day one (at 7am) they ran out of orange juice, day two I had to chase down the server for OJ and my bill, at dinner they didn't have the beer my friend wanted, the aioli for the sandwiches, or the apples for the cobbler, and finally, my key card to my room stopped working on the second night and I had to go down to the front desk three times before I got a card that worked.

Quiet-confortable and clean
Purchased the breakfast option, when we arrived it turns out the voucher is good for 2 people. We were a party of 4.

Convenient
They didn't have much out to eat and it wasn't included.
