Very friendly staff, amazing heated pool, ideal location

Cafe in lobby was great.. Staff was amazing , especially Milo, he was so helpful ! He helped give me scenic routes to take with my son for the best experience of LA ever.

Amazing location! Room was also lovely and had great access to the fitness centre and heated rooftop pool! The connections to the main area are great.

Nothing really, parking is a little bit away but very safe secure and easy and valet let you drop your bags before checking in. Checkin did take a while but there was a busy festival on

Love how soon as we pulled up my family and I was greeted by staff! They opened our doors for us and brought all our luggage in.

- sehr gute Lage, direkt am Walk of Fame - wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Aussicht auf das Hollywood Zeichen und die Stadt - Kaffemaschine im Zimmer - Parkplätze kosten über das Hotel mit Parkservice USD 60.- pro Tag, jedoch hat es direkt beim Hotel eine Tiefgarage für USD 20.- pro Tag (man kann jedoch nicht so oft rein- und rausfahren wie man will; kostet immer wieder neu USD 20.-)

- wir konnten den beheizten Pool draussen nicht benutzen, weil ein Apero beim Pool stattfand

The best location - right behind Hollywood Blvd. Walkable to all the main Hollywood sights as well as Runyon Canyon and only a 10-15 minute taxi away from Universal Studios and The Grove. Pool was fab with a view of the Hollywood Sign and I was impressed with the gym facilities.

I stayed here in 2019 and really liked it so decided to choose it again for our trip, but it has become very run down. Our room was falling apart a bit which was a shame when it was a higher price point than a lot of our other stays in the USA. Shower head falling off, loads of scratch and scuff marks over the walls, tiles missing in the bathroom - a shame to see it like this when it was such a beautiful hotel only 5 years ago.

Arrogantes Personal, kaputte Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer, astronomische Preise (Flasche Trinkwasser für USD 12,-), sehr weiche Matratze.

It was very spacious, and the location was excellent. The shower was amazing. The view was spectacular.

That we only stayed one night and not all week. Parking could have been cheaper for guests.
