Ideal location - can view the ski slopes from the Jacuzzi. The complementary shuttle service to various key restaurants/shops was a plus.
Jono was a wonderful representative of the property. He seemed to be everywhere love his smile and enthusiasm for his job/employer very refreshing.

Everything! I just wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again one day. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

Location.
The cleaning staff was very loud in the early mornings waking us up. Then the next morning the carbon monoxide detector went off at 7am… and they had to come replace it… so it wasn’t the peaceful mornings we had hope for.
