The hotel was clean. Bed comfortable.
Breakfast room was small and needed more tables. Also needed more fruit options.

Room better than expected. But best of all was the staff: very friendly, informative about Montrose and surrounding experiences. Some of the best hotel staff I've ever encountered.

Convenient for one night
The hallway had a real strong odor to it. 😕. And the room had a funky smell also. Had to clean the long black hair strands out of the tub first, glad I had disinfectant wipes with us. But other then that the room and the rest of the bathroom seemed clean.

Did not try.
They charged me for a early check in and all i did was get the keys to the room they assigned me to i didn’t actually get in my room until around 6 pm and was not told i would be charged an extra 30 dollars.They checked the room that I was assigned to at 9 am an the room was ready.The reason why I wanted to get the keys to the room was because i had to go to another town 25 miles away.If they had told me of the extra charge i would have not did it. I am a choice member and I wanted to try your chain of hotels.This caused me to not to stay again unless I have to.
