Location
Staff was rude. Threatened to kick a entire swim team of 30 family's that have been coming to that hotel for 10 years.
TV didn't work.
Ice machine didn't work
Good chance they don't have the needles swim team back next year

1. The friendliness of the staff.
2. The cleanliness of the Inn.
3. The variety of the breakfast.
4. The close proximity of restaurants, gas stations and stores.
5. The Pool area ( hot tub).
6. The laundry room ( I was able to use it).
7. The room was extremely clean with white sheets and smelled very nice!

Breakfast was very good with hot fresh food. Room was very good sized and good location next to a great mexican restaurant. Parking was very handy with covered parking.
The rooms had a heavy smell of carpet fresh kind of overwhelming perfume smell The carpet was worn and could use replacement. rooms should be repainted which might help the smell. could stand some remodeling here.

Breakfast was good. Rooms are large, clean, and well maintained. Staff was great.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The inn is a motel. Nonetheless, it was quiet. It was not located in the center of the action but is close by, Parking was easy and plentiful.
The room looked like it was tried to be updated with tile, but it could use more. The desk edge was splintering and therefore made it unusable.

The room was pretty spacious. The beds were really comfortable. This is located close to restaurants and a shopping center. Gas station near location. At night the hotel was really quiet and I slept really well. Plenty of parking space. Breakfast was so good. I do highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful staff who seemed genuinely interested in being there. VERY clean room! No evidence that anyone had been there before us which is rare. Great location near Sedona and other places we wanted to visit. Quiet, clean and a great free breakfast.

Was told in booking that pets were free and was faced with an outrageous $25 a night pet fee. I hate this kind of a hustle.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. When asked for a place to eat that accepted service dogs theiy were very helpful and informative.
The only real problem we experienced was did it have anything to do with the place or staff just other guests.
There were a few rude guests that decided that in front of our door decided to use it as a gathering area and stood outside our door and smoked and drank, talking loudly and laughing very loud.

Good location
The room had a very strong cigarette smoke smell. The beds were very uncomfortable.

Breakfast was good as I had the sausage and egg and my wife had a blueberry waffle. Room was clean and although appeared to be an older room, it was very nice looking and comfortable. Very nice location in town as it was close to everything.
The temperature of the shower was lukewarm at best. Pillows could have used have been a little bit more hard. Drapes over A/C unit would not close all the way and allowed people walking by to peek in.
