Great location, close to Biltmore, gas station right next door and close restaurants. Friendly staff, clean, comfy room and bed, lots of pillows. Great breakfast.

Road noise was only complaint and it was not horrible.

The location was very good. There was also a private parking

Too expensive for what it offers

We choose it due to the good price on two rooms. It was very clean, and smelled nice. The beds were comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There is a great little Mexican restaurant next door. Best watermelon margarita I have ever had. I would definitely stay here again.

The only thing good about this property was it was close to the airport and offered a free shuttle to the hotel and airport.

Pretty much everything. There were guests that were arguing in the lobby that they refuse to address, the breakfast looked sad and was ice cold and layout of dining area was poorly designed. Small hallway to get food and small dining area crammed with way too many tables for the space. The shuttle reeked with the smell of weed. There is also a sign at the front desk saying it was a “smoke free” hotel and that there would be a fine of $250 if you broke that rule, including vapes, cigarettes or weed. I made a complaint to the front desk due to our ENTIRE floor smelling like weed and that our bathroom sink was stopped up and wouldn’t drain. The receptionist just looked at me with a blank stare and didn’t even say two words. The sink was dirty in our bathroom, the bathroom door had chunks missing out of it. The shampoo and conditioner was empty, luckily we came prepared just in case. The elevator didn’t looked to have been cleaned in about 5 years. The furniture in our room and lobby was old and crusty. The mattress look like it came out of a 1980’s magazine and was EXTREMELY worn. The second night, there was a couple having an altercation outside at the drop off, causing traffic to back up in their already cramped parking lot, people were lined up out of the parking lot and onto the road. This stay was pretty disappointing.

There was not a single thing about this hotel (and that is truly stretching it with this location) that was positive or even remotely acceptable.

The facilities were unimaginably filthy, some drunk patrons spilled their beverages all over the reception floor, the rooms are in immediate need of repair and updating. To stay at the hotel, you must enter a gated parking lot for security reasons. That alone should warn individuals to avoid this property at all costs.

These people are scam artist, thieves and liars. The sold and advertised a room for 3 adults with one bed only. We complained at the front desk and they told us they could not provide us any other room. The lady at the front desk at night told us not to worry that the manager will refund us when they receive an email from booking.com. We left the property and rented a room from another hotel. They never responded the emails from Booking.com. They said we checked out at 7:33 am when we left within 5 minutes after seeing the room. We never used the room, the lady that night knows that. There are cameras there to verify that. They do not want to identify when they are the phone and refused to contact the manager. We have proof of the stay at the other hotel and they still lying and saying we spent the night. It is a very shady hotel and personnel. They also say now they do not know any lady that was at the front desk, It was an African American lady there at the desk and we have witnesses but apparently now there isn't one working at the hotel. Stay away from this place. They are scammers and thieves!!!!
