The roaches everywhere

Breakfast was ok.
The first set of rooms we got were not clean and had to go to different rooms because there was no housekeeping staff on duty.

Nothing, this place was FILTHY WITH BUGS
I'll never go back, this place is disgusting, smells like vomit and pee....fridge didn't work and smelled horrible!!! BUGS ROACHES AND MILLIONS OF BED BUGS!!!

The size of the room was nice.
Firstly we had no remotes in the room for either TV.
The second day the lights in the first room would not work. That is the only source of lighting. We changed light bulbs still wouldn't work. Had to use our phone flashlights to see.
The room advertised as to have a pull out couch. It did not work.
The main entrance had a water leak so all carpet was pulled up all the furniture was covered in plastic. Should of gotten a reduced price.
When I checked out I told the front staff the issues I had all she could say is we know the pull out couch is broken.
The lady at check out was not very friendly.

Room was clean and very relaxing. Check in and out was a fast process. The staff was helpful.

The toilet was clean.. that’s about it.
The place smelled of weed from the moment you walk in.. down the halls.. in the elevator. At one time waiting for the person behind the desk I rang the bell 3 times and waited 15 minutes. Wasn’t until I called that someone came. One time I needed them, they were outside in their car smoking.. sheets had stains… I’ve stayed in some crappy places before but this takes the cake. Smh lol

It was very nice and clean... even though they had small construction going on they still maintained it clean and accessible.

Good food, bathroom was really neat, and housekeeping was really sweet.
Their is a gap under the door so everyone could see inside and here my conversations. The receptionist ignored us completely. Wasn't informed the place was partly under construction, have 2 kids that could of seriously gotten hurt.

Did not have the breakfast there. Woke up late. Staff is always so courteous and helpful. Price is somewhat high for the place. There was roaches in bathroom. Place needs quiet some remodeling and updated furniture if you are going to charge 100 dollars a room.

The room was nasty and we didn't have clean towels or an ice bucket,then we found a roach in the bathroom and the chairs in the room looked like someone had chewed on them it was a waste of money honestly

The hotel is conveniently located near movies and restaurants. There is also a pool and hot tub, which remained opened past Labor Day.
The exterior could use a little touch-up paint and the grounds could do with some weed pulling.

The location. Had stayed here a couple of times before, but it’s been over a year or so, and the quality has gone way down since!
I booked two rooms for a group of 4 ladies traveling together. Both rooms looked run down, shabby furniture, they smelled terrible, one was so bad that my friends had to be moved to another room. The whole place seemed nasty, and smelly like animals and mildew. When one of the Ladies went to the front desk to complain, no one was there, they were outside smoking and I had to call the outside phone line to get someone to go to the front desk!

The room was affordable and staff was above excellent also had HOT breakfast which wasn't mentioned in description,only mentioned breakfast. I would stay again.
Room description was misleading. Supposed to have a king room with sleeper sofa. I used booking.com and put in 4 adults, 7 children. It auto selected me for total of 3 rooms that was called an "apartment" and 2 suites. Therefore i thought we had enough beds but we had 3 sleeping on the floor.

hotel is a mess. I had someone try entering my room early in the morning. Evidently the front desk clerk gave them a key to my room.
