I had a cracked tv nobody replaced it the pool was closed nobody informed me

the pool wasn’t available and I had a crack in my tv

Clean room, modern.
A/C was very loud. Went to breakfast 10 minutes after they started serving and coffee was empty. People dropped food and workers just left it on the floor. Trash was overflowing..

breakfast was awful. went out and bought cereal and milk.
pillows had hard solid corners where the filling had salified.

That it’s in a good location
It was way to much noise kids running dogs barking just couldn’t relax like we normally do. I hate being on the second floor.

The jetta tub was great and the room was beautiful. Tall ceilings and friendly staff that was helpful for the most part.
The lights went out my second night and they still hadn't fixed them when it was checkout time and didn't communicate with me about it until I asked them. Like I was working with poor lighting anyway and then half the outlets stopped working so I had even less light

This location is right off the freeway. Easy on and off.
Hot tub didn’t work. I booked the hotel based on the amenities that were listed, and hot tub was listed.

The telephone and the mirror in the bathroom did not work other than that it was a wonderful state
Love the size of the room the decor of the hotel and the staff was great
