stayed in the same room 2 days then made me move after I had made my reservation. very disappointed and will not stay again if this is how they operate!!

I have stayed at a few hotels and is a must to have someplace clean because we travel with our toddler and this hotel didn't let us down. Beside it comes in a very good area with everything you may need close by.
It could use some upgrades like changing the super old microwaves

Room was dirty and there were dead cockroaches, but staff took care of it immediately.

The pull out bed had gross stains on it and my children wouldn’t sleep on it. The whole room needed a thorough cleaning. Thick layer of dust on microwave
