Room and bathroom were very clean and everyone was very pleasant.

We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The beds were comfortable. The location was convenient. The amenities in the room met our needs. Visitor laundry available on 2nd floor.
It was a little outdated, needed some updates, but was acceptable and comfortable.

Need a better refrigerator..it took over an hour to get cool. We had to put ice in the bottom storage drawer.
Told a woman at front desk and she looked at us like deer in the headlights....did not even offer a resolution
Also they NEED slip mats in bathtub...I about fell 3 times in the shower!!

Good location. Very friendly and helpful staff.
The furniture was a bit worn, especially the chair and ottoman by the window. The TV remote wasn't dirty, but it was sticky for some reason. Both the carpet and the bathroom floor seemed clean, but felt like they had a layer of maybe cleaning residue on them. The room smelled slightly musty.
