Price and location
The staff put me on a “DNR” list because I tried going to another motel 6 and they said I left the room trashed when I did not. And also said I was a bad customer when me and my family stayed to our selves.

It was quiet and clean and the bed was super comfy. Front desk was very nice and helpful
Coffee wasn't available in the morning, they ran out or something. Only had soap, no shampoo

They refused to ent to me and took my money without refunding me. Said it was up to bioking.com to pay me back
They kicked me out for paying online through booking.com and not coming in to tell them even thoufh they took that payment and the next days cash payment and wouldn't rent to me the 2nd night. Or refund me my money

The staff the room an the location the room was clean housekeeping made sure we had clean towels an linens everyone was great!!

The AC wasn't working woke up this morning the floor was wet from sweating because of the AC the blankets was wet the TV didn't work my kids was uncomfortable

The staff was rude every day.
The fact the staff, every single 1 of them, EXCEPT MAINTENANCE, was rude, short and seemed to be bothered with everything

No microwave, no fridge and tv remotes didn't work.. also, cigarette burns in comforter.. friendly staff!! Basic basic room...

The location was good and the staff were very nice and eager to help
The room did not have a microwave or fridge like the description said it would online when I booked it. And the phone inside the room did not work at all.

Nothing… front desk attendant wasn’t even helpful and she didn’t even offer to help with my reservation
I reserved before traveling and when I got there, room wasn’t ready, I was asked to come back in 30-40 min. when I went back to front desk after time requested, my reservation was no where to be found and clerk didn’t even offer to help nor acomódate me in any room available. She just was careless about my reservation, she just said she couldn’t find it and that’s it… I’m furious

The cleaning ladies kept opening the door on us every DAY at 11. They don't respect privacy and im sure they go into your rooms when you aren't there!

Convenient and allows pets
Room was clean until bathroom, blood on floor, and housekeeping was rude , I stayed a total of almost 2 weeks , cleaned my own room and asked for late check out, office attendant said yes that's fine, but housekeeping comes along and says no I'm the manager and you cannot have a late CK out for 12.

The shower curtains very filthy they had spots on the sheets remote control did not work
