the rooms were clean

the heating unit did not keep room warm. it turned to cold air and room would not heat. this was midnight so we did not want to ask to move.

Comfortable bed

The fact that on New Year’s Day morning ,maid services was pounding on her door at 8:15 AM. That is a little early, considering we did not return char room until 3 am.

I liked the cost and the staff was nice

Not secure. Front doors left open all night. No one at desk when I arrived both nights. Had to yell for help. Also the bed was horrible so I tossed and turned both nights. Woke up tired and sore.

The room was clean and well appointed and unexpected extras for a room of this classification, namely, fridge, microwave, ironing board, TV etc

Though not a deal breaker, the breakfast offering could be extended. one of the beds in our room was situated adjacent to the air conditioner which is not conducive to a good sleep.

Older hotel that is much nicer than exterior appearance... Nicely updated room, good linens, clean and comfortable throughout... Good breakfast and friendly wait staff... Would stay again for sure...

we got to hotel which looked terrible.we checked in and found hairs in our bed. We canceled our stay and found different accomadations.

Convenient, clean, and comfortable. I arrived later in the evening and Garland was working the desk. He was very polite and extremely professional. We enjoyed a conversation about football, baseball, and the weather. Extremely happy with my visit.

Guy at the counter who checked us in was great very friendly and helpful.

Got a call from a lady on Sunday afternoon to let me know the towel rack was broken.room service had complained about it. Kinda felt annoyed husband had to go back and address this matter and show how easily it falls off once u pull the towel off.

The staff were very friendly and they tried hard to please you. Complimentary breakfast was hot with an extensive selection from make your own waffles, to eggs, hash browns, sausage, various bakery, cereal, yogurt, fruit juices and of course coffee. In addition to breakfast they had snacks out all day like popcorn and fruit which was very nice. I asked for a quiet room on the first floor and they were very accommodating. The hotel was super quiet and in a great location.

The bathroom was kind of dated and needed some TLC particularly the tub surround and floor. But very clean!
