The evening desk clerk was super helpful.
Someone messed up when assigning our room and imagine my surprise when my key opened the door and a big white dog greeted me. Then we were assigned to another room on the third floor. A little while later we were moved to a handicapped room on first floor. We are 3 old ladies, two are handicapped. We were promised adis pointed price for our trouble. That did not happen.

Good location. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good.
They charge me $50 deposit for potential damages. This made me feel untrustworthy. The lights by the beds in room 304 were all broken.

The lady at the front dest Friday eve & Sat am was very nice
NO WHIRLPOOL FRAUDULENT ADVERTISING!! SAYING WHIRL POOL & SWIMMING POOL & SHOWING PICTURE OF NICE WHIRLPOOL!!! THEN GET THERE, Oh whirlpool not working! Checking with available means c we fine it has been NON OPERABLE FOR A LONG TIME, WE WOULD NOT HAVE BOOKED & PAID THE AMOUNT WE PAID HAD THE ADVERTISING BEEN HONEST! PLEASE RETURN MONEY -COULD NOT CANCEL WHEN WE GOT THERE AS NON REFUNDABLE. YOUR FALSE ADVERTISING WILL BE REPORTED TO APPROPRIATE AUTHORITY. IT SEEMS MOTELS WITH THE WORD 'WYNDHAM'..OFTEN HAVE ISSUES. QUIT BUYING & TAKE CARE OF THE ONES YOU HAVE. !
