The best part is the lobby followed by the breakfast.

Dimly lit, dirty hallways, tiny bathroom, unfinished repairs. To get to the hotel one needs to drive through a warehouse parking lot first where we were held up by a fork lift!

The breakfast and the breakfast attending in the morning ( was a kind gentleman..who should be running the front )

The front end women checking me into the hotel on May 2 and rude Christine in the morning on May 3..both were very un welcoming and hyper assuming about their guests they should be making feel welcome and cared for ..it's called customer service KARENS...

Forrest at check-in was extremely helpful! We really appreciate knowing La Quinta is dog-friendly when choosing to book rooms.

My only concern was that when booking rooms online, I had requested a ground floor, if possible, as I have 2 dogs. They were unaware of this request & unable to accommodate this request.

Breakfast choices. Clean room area. Easy access to our room. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Eating area is basically the lobby. Bed's springs squeak and husband doesn't like the squishy pillows. Water in sink has low pressure. Hallway had someone's dog pee on it almost every day. Surprised that guest let their dog wait that long. Most people were inconsiderate when it came to picking up their own dogs dropping. We could not take our grandbabies to the pool. We don't live in Salem so don't get to visit often enough to know where to take a 4 & 6 yr old so would have been nice to be able to take them swimming.parking is congested and not well lit. While walking my dog around midnight there were people doing what we'll call inappropriate things in their car in the parking lot. Cable was hard to figure out.

the location is great & the continental breakfast

dirty floors, stained toilet seat, bathroom wall discolored, pool wasn’t opened neither was the laundry room for the guests, pillows sucked they would go flat, mattress not that comfortable. stayed two nights and house keeping didn’t bother coming to my room to restock my towels or change my garbage. very disappointed with this hotel. will not be coming back

This was our 2nd stay. Beds are comfortable, room was clean and the breakfast is amazing.

It was really nice. A little noisy till about 10 o'clock because all the ducks fans were returning to their rooms from Eugene. But after that good night sleep excellent Breakfast and easy checkout.

Would have loved a Hot tub.
